Many party attendees were looking for a new gig. We surveyed them three weeks later, and most of those looking had solidified a new deal for themselves, usually with someone they met at the event. Remember, word of mouth references and professional reputation are everything. Never underestimate the power of attending these events. There are eighty Lunar .NET members who are glad they did. Congratulations to our members who have successfully found exciting .NET projects.

These gatherings have been absolutely invaluable for me in the last few months. Introductions at the meetings led to three different job opportunities, and I eventually secured an excellent position. It was even on the same planet where I live! Bottom line: these things are great, and you have nothing to lose by attending.
